No Regrets (Traditional Chinese: 巾幗梟雄之義海豪情) is an upcoming 2010 grand production HDTV drama by TVB. It is an indirect sequel to 2009's award-winning series, Rosy Business, featuring most of the original cast members from the indirect prequel. Fala Chen and Raymond Wong were casted to replace Ron Ng, Suki Chui and Kiki Sheung, who were not able to participate in the filming due to scheduling conflicts. The series is written and edited by Cheung Wah Biu and Chan Ching Yee. It is scheduled to be shown to celebrate TVB's 43rd anniversary.

After the success of Rosy Business, TVB announced plans to produce a spin-off drama which will star the original cast, slated to begin filming in March of 2010. However, Fala Chen and Raymond Wong were casted to replace Kiki Sheung, Ron Ng, and Suki Chui.

It was first known as Rosy Business II - Righteous Sea of Heroic Love, but the official English title is now known as "No Regrets". A sales presentation trailer of the drama featuring majority of the original cast was filmed on October 25, 2009 in TVB's filming studio. The three-minute trailer aired on the TVB Jade channel on 6th December 2009, and received an overwhelmingly positive reception. 50 random locals were interviewed in the streets, and 58% chose Rosy Business II as their most anticipated drama. Several Mainland China news portals also listed Rosy Business II as one of the top 15 for most anticipating upcoming Hong Kong/Taiwanese dramas.

Producer Lee explained that the series will take place during World War II in Guangzhou, approximately 100 years after the events of Rosy Business. No Regrets will take a darker route in introducing the main characters, where Sheren Tang will portray a villainous role. While the original did not have Tang and Lai dwell in a romantic relationship, the spin-off will concentrate on these developments, but it will merely be a side-story to the main plot.

A costume fitting was held on 10th March 2010 in the TVB studios in Tseung Kwan O. Filming commenced on 25th March 2010 and ended on 19th July 2010.

In the 1930s, Guangzhou was experiencing political turmoils and underworld activities flourished. As the opium trade was very lucrative, the government then decided to crack down on such activities and banned the sale of opium. Cheng Gau Mui (Sheren Tang), who is the eldest daughter of gangster honcho Cheng Long Gwan (Elliot Ngok), came back from Shanghai suddenly to take over the opium business. Gau Mui is a very mysterious and yet cruel person. Police captain Lau Sing (Wayne Lai) has spent his whole life slogging in order to provide a better life for his family, especially his sick sister, Lau Ching (Fala Chen). Lau Sing is a very impulsive and yet righteous person. He nearly lost his own life in order to protect his timid surbodinate, Tong Gat (Pierre Ngo).

By coincidence, Gau Mui and Lau Sing met each other and went through many tough times together. Both of them are arch-enemies and never gave in to each other. However, as time passes by, both of them have developed feelings for each other. When the Japanese conquered and occupied Guangzhou, Gau Mui was harmed by her aunt Cheng Long Hei (Susan Tse). Lau Sing then accompanied Gau Mui through what was the most treacherous and darkest path in both their lives...
